There are three different formats for both
my Theatrical Reel and my Commercial Reel:

One for each type of media player:

Windows Media Player format

RealOne Media Player format

Quicktime format

(the each have a 56k modem option, and a broadband (Cable/DSL/T1) option;
choose according to how you are connected to the Internet)
